FAQs

Can anyone come to Momentum Fest?

Yes! All you need is a love of movement. Momentum Fest is a festival celebrating Pilates and movement and we encourage anyone who is excited about these things to attend.

What can I expect from a typical day?

There will be approximately six different time blocks each day for you to chose classes that you would like to attend. These sessions will include both movement and roundtable experiences. Movement classes will be a variety of formats and will be taught like a typical class with all attendees being the students and moving through the session. Non-movement sessions are included in order to give your body a break and feed your mind and soul. All of these sessions are included in your ticket price and start at about 7:30am and end at about 5:00pm each day.

There will be open hours for our expo and vendors throughout the days and a break for lunch where you’ll have plenty of time to chat with friends and shop!

We will hold a welcome reception Friday at 5:00pm and a Saturday evening summer solstice party at 8:30pm. Both are included in the price of your three day ticket!

Where can I see the class schedule and descriptions?

Will there be CEC’s offered for Momentum Fest?

We do not offer continuing education credits for the main Momentum Fest event. The reason for this is our desire to give everyone space to feel and experience this event in their body, mind and soul. We want you to get away from the need to take notes and get into the actual experience!

Will you be offering a pre-conference day for CEC’s?

We have four wonderful workshops being held on Thursday, June 25th. Each of these offers PMA CEC’s. You can purchase them as a part of your Momentum Fest ticket or completely separately without attending Momentum Fest. Click here to learn more.

Is there a special Momentum Fest room rate at the Omni Interlocken Hotel?

Yes but it is only available to a limited number of rooms. Once that number of rooms is booked, the rate will go up. You can call (303)438-6600 and tell them you are with Momentum Fest or click here to reserve your room.

Will meals be provided?

You have the option of purchasing meal tickets for a boxed lunch on each of the days of Momentum Fest. There are also various food options at the hotel and within short walking distance of the event but we do recommend purchasing the boxed lunch option so you can avoid lines and spend time shopping in our vendor area while you refuel.

What if I purchased a ticket but can’t come?

Momentum Fest tickets are non-refundable and there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Tickets can be transferred to another individual. The last day ticket transfer requests can be made for our 2020 event is June 19th, 2020. Once you find someone to transfer your ticket to, fill out a ticket transfer request form and email it to info@momentumfest.com. You can find the ticket transfer request form here.
