FAQs

Can anyone come to Momentum Fest?

Yes! You can be a teacher or student from any movement or training background. You can be completely inexperienced or a professional educator. It doesn’t matter! Momentum Fest is a festival celebrating Pilates and movement and we encourage anyone who is excited about these things to attend.

When do sessions start and end?

Activities will begin at approximately 8:00am Friday morning and conclude at approximately 5:00pm Sunday. Your ticket will give you access to scheduled activities the day of the pass, as well as the group party Saturday evening.

What can I expect from a typical day?

There will be approximately six different time blocks each day for you to chose classes that you would like to attend. Each class will be a fitness mat class format of either Pilates, yoga, barre, mindful living or a fusion of these. These will be actual movement classes  and not a pure lecture or workshop format. You can see the schedule for Momentum Fest 2018 here.

Will there be CEC’s offered?

No, there will not be continuing education credits offered at Momentum Fest 2018. This event is a movement experience versus a lecture and workshop conference, and we encourage everyone to have fun and be a student again! We may add a day of CEC’s to future festivals.

How can I get involved?

We have many different opportunities for involvement, including our ambassador program, presenting, volunteering, being a vendor or becoming a sponsor. Click here to learn more about each of these opportunities.
